DAY OF COORDINATION
This service is for a decisive couple who wants full power in planning their own wedding day, but could use extra hands to ensure their vision becomes a reality.
It includes one month of and one week of in-person meeting.

Services include but are not limited to:
​
Providing up to 12 hours of service on your wedding day
​
Managing all wedding vendors per your instruction and ensuring they stay on schedule
​
Communicating needs to staff and troubleshooting situations that may arise
​
Guiding all necessary parties (i.e. ushers, bridal party, photographers and/or videographers, DJ)
​
Taking care of set-up and take-down such as decor, favors, and inventory
​
Pricing starts at $800
WEEK OF WEDDING + REHEARSAL DAY
This package includes all services from the Day Of package and adds in contract management and coordination assistance the week leading up to your event.
It includes one month of and one week of in-person meeting plus rehearsal involvement.
Services include but are not limited to:
Working with vendors to confirm arrival times, equipment needs and accommodations

Distributing day of itinerary and floor plan to all necessary parties
​
Assisting the couple with a week of checklist and day of walk through one week prior
​
Attending and/or coordinating wedding rehearsal
​
Pricing starts at $1,000

EVENT PRODUCTION
Outside of weddings, we provide day of coordination for events of any type ranging from birthdays, graduation parties, corporate events or any large gathering.
​
It includes one week of in-person meeting.
​
Services include but are not limited to:
​
Taking care of set-up and take-down such as decor, favors, and inventory​
​
Keeping track of schedule and managing time allocated to any items you have planned
Managing vendors/staff as needed and troubleshooting situations that may arise
